Shipping Policy
Please allow at-least 14 business days (M-F) for all wigs to be processed. Wigs can take up to 20 business days. All items are shipped via US Postal Service and will take 3-7 business days. International shipping is 10-15 business days depending on your location. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Jiovanna Tresses is not responsible for any delays from the post office (holidays or natural disaster) and lost items. We have no control once packages are shipped out of our possession. If a problem arise you must contact USPS.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Each wig is carefully designed, styled and will be examined upon completion to ensure it meets our standards. In addition to examination it will undergo a wig completion checklist. This makes sure that every criteria is met and it is ready to be shipped. Once the wig has been shipped, we are not responsible for how the buyer alter it. This includes, but not limited to cutting the lace, heat styling, chemical altering and coloring. It is up to the buyer to maintain and properly install the wig to ensure longevity.
This applies to wigs that are on hand/sold in person as well. When meeting in person face-to-face the client will be allowed to check the wig on their own for as long as they please. They will be able to examine the wig before purchasing. By completing the transaction in person, the client agrees that the item is as described, up to their standards and agrees to the no refund policy.
